Scenery Germany EDRK. The river Mosel (near the Scenery Deutsches Eck) next to the EDRK airfield now goes up the mountain, almost to the height of the airfield. The airfield is on a mountain, the river in the valley.
I can confirm the situation is unchanged as of March 2024. Approached Winnenden (EDRK) from the West and saw the Mosel climbing a hill. 
I think this anomaly would fall within the parameters of this bug. Have a look at this pic in that thread.
There is a MOD for this on flightsim that makes it okay again. I come from this area
