Motion blur option in VR is forced to ON at game launch

Brief description of the issue:

No motion blur option ingame in graphic VR menu. Work arround was to edit UserCfg.opt to set it to 0. If graphic settings are set to high, motionblur stay at 0. But in ultra or intermediate, motionblur is forced to 1 by the game.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

ingame, set VR graphics to ultra, exit game.
Edit usercpt.opt, set motionblur to zéro in vr graphics
Launch the game, open usercpt.opt file again, check graphic VR motionblur option : it returned to 1

Same goes for “grain” Turns also back on sometimes too. Nobody needs that in the VR.
