This is my first time posting and I hope I am in the right place for this. I hope someone can help. When I click and hold the right mouse button to pan left, right, up or down, the view automatically re-centers. For example if I hold the right mouse button, pan down to look at controls, it bounces back to the center view before I can do anything. I am sure that I have a setting wrong, but I can not figure out what.
