ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
After a quick mouse wheel action on a knob, such as using the no-friction mouse wheel on the Logitech MX Master mouse turning the minima knob on 737 MAX, the mouse click action, both left and right click, would be disabled for a short period of time.
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
This issue still exist even with no addons installed.

- Load an aircraft that has any knob
- Use mouse wheel action to turn that knob very quickly
- See if a left or right click can be triggered.
