Brief description of the issue:
The mouse cursor times out while you are actively clicking the left mouse button. For example, stepping through the legs page to review the flight plan. There may be 15 to 20 or more waypoints to step through. While I repeatedly click the left mouse button to step to the next waypoint the mouse cursor will time out and disappear. You have to move the mouse to get the cursor to re-appear then you can continue to step through waypoints until it times out again.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Hold the mouse over a button in the virtual cockpit and continuously click the left mouse button. After a few seconds (more than 5 seconds), the mouse cursor will disappear and time out. You have to move the mouse cursor to get the cursor to re-appear. Shouldn’t the mouse stay active while you are actively clicking it.
