Windows Mixed Reality keeps popping up in the middle of a flight and then I can’t switch back to MSFS 2020?
Anybody know how to switch back and forth?

Check in your control bindings.
You need to assign a key / button to switch between VR and non VR mode. Could be there was default setting and it’s conflicting with one of your custom keybinds?
CTRL+TAB the default. It’s not being used elsewhere.
