Moving cameras freely with Joystick

Hi all,
Just now finally getting around to flying on FS2020. However, the one thing I’d really like to see about is moving the camera freely around with my joystick if possible, kind of like what we were able to do in previous flight simulator versions. Is there a way to turn off the “quick view” mode? I’ve been looking everywhere, but can’t seem to find a way to disable it.

Note this joystick R is the thumb joystick on my flight stick.

I didn’t like it and don’t use it. Spastic thumb, I guess.
My flight stick allows me to program the keyboard keys (shift plus up, down, right, left) on a hat switch that I prefer. The shift keeps the view level as I spin around.
