OK, I found a really old discussion about this and it had some holes I didn’t quite understand, so here is my situation. I have the Full Store Version with the Added Ultra and all that. It is installed on a separate SSD that I can move to my new computer. All my addons are on a separate SSD as well using Addon Linker. Once I transfer those drives to the new computer and re-establish my X Box and MS Store accounts, what do I do next, this is the part that I confused about?
You didn’t say how you got to the new computer.
New Windows install on new drive or clone of old drive?
Or move old boot drive, C: drive) to the new computer?
Full Store Version = MS Store?
Added Ultra ?
Brand new computer, with a fresh new install of Windows 11, MS Store with the Ultra Upgrade…
I don’t know what the Ultra Upgrade is.
Un-install FS2020 from your old computer.
To keep your new Windows 11 on your new computer,
install your SSDs.
Set up MS Store and Xbox.
Install FS2020 and tell it where your Installed Packages are located.
Or clone your old C: drive to your new C: drive.
Your new computer will function like your old computer.
Old Windows and old FS2020.
I don’t use Addon Linker.
