MS Flightsim won't even start

Brief description of the issue:

When starting, a dialoge box says “Can´t syncronize your data at the moment”. I get two options: “Play offline” or “try again”. Try again - nothing happens. If I choose “Play offline” the program gets through a few steps but after the “Blackshark.ai side” I get a dialoge box saying I should put in the MSFS disk och close the game. But I bought the sim online and have no disk som the only option is to close!!!

The PC has not crashed, the sim just refuses to start.

Check if the clock on your computer has switch to summer time

When it tells you to insert the disk it means it is having trouble finding your license, or “entitlement” to run the program. If you have no disk you will have a digital license. The Support site FAQ has a page about this you may want to run through.

Hi and thanks, it proved to be a problem with my Microsoft account which now is solved and the program started, updated and now is now runnig as before!
