For me it was enough to disable only one Russian certificate in spite of I do have at least 8 of them. And the CryptoPro certificate is still active but does not affect.
And here we are in June of 2025 on a brand new build/install…and its still doing the same.
Anyone ever come up with a reason or a fix…?
Just happened to me on Xbox after completing a flight about 30 minutes ago. I’m sure I am connected to the internet as other apps are working at the moment. Restarting both the Xbox and the game don’t seem to help.

Same error in Hungary. After the developer update (yesterday) the game not start (i’m not in the beta program).
I’ve tried it from Xbox cloud also, doesn’t work, same error code (001-1035) - so it’s not seems local/device issue. FS2020 works.
update (2025-07-11 23:11 GMT+2): the problem probably solved, I can play again..
