MSFS 2020 CTD in VR

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Unable to use VR mode since the 4/23/25 forced update. There is a cut out in the sound, then a freeze, audio cuts in and out again, CTD. There were no issues prior to the update. I had great performance and very stable. Only system changes are Windows update, NVidia Driver up date (572.83) now using 576.02 with same issues, the “forced update of MSFS 2020”. Rolled back drivers and still the same. Also no longer smooth but stuttering throughout the game even in window/full screen.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

Removed everything. Also did a clean install of Windows 11 Pro and MSFS 2020. Out of the box still crashes. All drivers are up to date. Not overclocking and/or settings changes.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Constantly happening.
