MSFS 2020 Has Discounts, But Why Not MSFS 2024?

I’ve been a long-time Microsoft Flight Simulator user. Right now, I can see discounts for MSFS 2020, but I noticed that there are no discounts for MSFS 2024.

I’m planning to upgrade from 2020 to 2024, but due to currency exchange rates the price feels extremely high for me. That’s why I’m wondering if there are any upcoming discounts or promotions planned for MSFS 2024.

A discount would be a huge help for users like me who want to transition from 2020 to 2024.

Looks like 2020 didn’t get any discounts until 15 months after release (at least on Steam).

I would anticipate the same from 2024, or maybe longer since they’re really in the market to push Game Pass subscriptions over purchases wherever possible.
