MSFS 2020 require setup (Accessibility...) everytime

My Microsoft Flight Simulator cloud save container appears to be corrupted.

Symptoms:

  • Teredo is qualified
  • Xbox Social is online
  • Xbox presence shows “MSFS Onboarding”
  • WGS folder never provisions
  • Sim is stuck in the Accessibility loop
  • No profile, no settings, no logbook, no cloud sync
  • Reinstalling, resetting Gaming Services, clearing local cache, and reauthenticating Xbox Live do not resolve it

Please escalate this ticket to the Xbox Cloud Save engineering team for a cloud container reset. This issue cannot be resolved locally.

Hey, just a heads up Xbox dropped a new update on the Microsoft Store and it fixed this issue for me :+1:

I was having the exact same problem for the last couple of days, but after installing the update everything started working again. Might be worth giving that a try if you haven’t already:)

For the Xbox app on Microsoft store..just update the app..that’s all
