Pre-Start Up Procedures - Complete
MSFS 2020 - Launch
Pre-game updates - Download and install, as needed
Profile > Content Manager - Download and Install available updates

Fly Pre-planned Flight

Welcome > World Map - Navigate
Departure Airport - Select, Search
Departure Runway/Gate/Parking/ - Select
Arrival Airport - Select, Search
Arrival Runway/Gate/Parking/ - Select
Aircraft - Select
Aircraft Failures - As Needed
Aircraft Weight and Balance - As Needed
Aircraft Livery - As Needed
Flight Conditions - Set As Needed
World Map - Select Navigation Method**
World Map - Press Fly

Here is mine -

0. Turn on dedicated FS PC if not already running (or unlock desktop)
1. Start MSFS2020
2. Sim autostarts my RealsimGear hardware/Simconnect and Xconnect
3. Load Aircraft with G1000, undock PFD and MFD to RealsimGear hardware
4. Go fly
5. When done shutdown
