With a topic with this many posts, I’m sure there are some duplicate comments 
Generally, bugs that are resolved are marked with the fixed-on-live tag in the bug topic.
This topic is an exception (as requested by the MS/AS team) to the one-bug-per-topic rule, so I doubt that you’ll never see the bug-logged or fixed-on-live tags here as that would apply to ALL the bugs in this topic.
Instead, the best place to determine if a specific airport / helipad issue has been addressed would be to read the various release notes - either the beta notes in the currently-active beta categories, or the final release notes when the a beta ends - e.g. for beta 3, here.
