Msfs-2024 and msfs-2020 Airport / RNAV Bearings (Headings) are incorrect

For the ICAO’s the RNAV Heading, For Example 270, it ends up in-game as 240, etc.

Here is another airport



ICAO - PADU-Unalaska - RNAV 13-see attached screenshot. It brought me into the water AT ~180…

Previously, I had landed at his airport a few months ago in the Cessna 414A. This was with the Turbine Duke - Both sessions using the GTN750.

I haven’t checked the other approach yet, but the one for KMMH looks right. See if you can find the approach chart (at least in the U.S., Flightaware is a decent source of approach charts for U.S. airports [sometimes outdated, but a place to start]).
The RNAV does not bring you in straight on the runway heading. The course from the IP (JASAT) to the FAF (FEBAT) is 247 degrees, and the approach course to the runway from the FAF is 259 degrees. And there’s a fairly high MDA of 8380MSL/1283RA height (if so equipped). Which means you need to make a visual right turn to the runway heading and visual landing NLT the MAP if you can see any of the required visual clues following an IFR approach, or go around if you’re not seeing the appropriate required visual clues.
