ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Unable to use jetways on all default & 3rd Party aircraft and any default airport or 3rd party airport

  1. Tested at default airports with both default aircraft and 3rd party aircraft

  2. Tested at 3rd party airports with both default aircraft and 3rd party aircraft

  3. All scenarios returned : Bad Jetway data / Jetway connection issues

Hi @DesiredPurse863 and welcome to the forum !,
Information that comes in “Reproduction Steps” section is more likely a description of the issue.
Could you update your report and provide detailed steps like: an airport/gate, an aircraft, how did you setup the seats load in the EFB, any additional steps you are following after you spawn at the airport that can help to replicate.

Can you provide a screenshot of the error ?

B737 MAX, all the airliners and other planes. Free flight. Since one of SUs at every airport at every Gate or Parking the De-boarding option is missing from the ATC menu (Request passengers boarding start is there instead, we can only ask ATC to stop boarding and start boarding, whatever and whenever we do via the EFB), also Jetways do not connect automatically at default at some 3d party airport after parking (they connect for me upon arrival automatically only at URSS airport from the Marketplace, no way to call them for deboarding as this option is missing in the ATC window).

Cannot replicate (SU5 Beta), I have tested at KJFK and don’t have jetway connection issue neither a “Bad Jetway data” error message (or I don’t know what you understand by this statement ?)

The issues I am seeing using KJFK as an example:

A330, Gate 47.
No issue with the jetway connection:

The door opens but no passengers are coming through neither loaded:

B737, gate 18.
No issue with the jetway connection:

The door opens, then close and passengers are loaded instanteanously:

I am not using this airliner passengers functionality but maybe in a previous versions passengers where walking through the jetway/door and loading was not instantaneous ?

@DesiredPurse863 : could you test with no addons (community/Marketplace), provide detailed steps and better describe the issue(s) you are facing ?

If this option was there in a previous version and it is now missing, I would recommend to create a separate report.

I do not remember exactly the version it disappeared, unfortunately.

Replicated same gate at default JFK with no add-ons , call for jetway only brings stairs and an empty bus.

  1. Finish a Free Flight to your destination in the default B737-Max, pull up to the Gate (or Ramp), turn off engines.

  2. Bring up the ATC, & there’s only the option to ‘Board passengers’, or to ‘Stop Boarding passengers’

Can replicate the missing deboarding option in the ATC window + not seeing passengers walking through the jetway/aircraft to board / deboard.

Deboarding option in ATC window is missing for GA A/c as well.

I also tried setting passenger weights to zero hoping that would give the same “Load Immediately etc.” options pop-up that appears at the start of a flight but that didn’t work either.
