MSFS 2024 in MS Store?

Hi there!

I was just wondering about the new trailer for MSFS 2024 that was recently uploaded to the Xbox YouTube channel. In case you have not yet seen it, here’s the link: https://youtu.be/rvzlC4iCtns?si=qthEUD87Sz8rU5ae.

At the end of the trailer, the release date and supported platforms are shown:

Even though Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S and Steam are listed as supported platforms, I don’t see the Microsoft Store on PC listed as an option. Does that mean that MSFS 2024 will not be available in the MS Store (at least at the beginning)?

I’d appreciate an answer.

MS store is confirmed. But since this was an Xbox showcase that info was redundant because that IS where most Xbox titles are purchased. For example, last year, GOTY Baldur’s Gate 3 was released digital only on Xbox for many months. There was only one place to buy it.
