I have just purchased the Seafront Simulations Vessels: Global Shipping 24 in the MSFS 2024 Market Place as the description said it includes MSFS 2020. I assumed that the 2020 version would then appear as OWNED in the 2020 Market Place particularly as the 2024 Market Place had recognised that the Vessels: Core Library was owned by me from the Market Place in MSFS 2020.
The 2020 version now appears in My Library in MSFS 2024 marked incompatible/disabled.
How can I, if it is possible, load this “included” 2020 version into MSFS 2020? I went for the Market Place purchase as I’d already got some discount from the rental trial of the 2024 version giving me a slight edge on the price of both compared to third party sellers.
My Personal Comment & Observation
I found that for products where you own both 2020 & 2024 versions, the 2020 version will be disabled in 2024 (because one would obviously be using the 2024 version).
If the 2020 version is not available in your content library in 2020, or there is no option to download / install the 2020 version in 2020, then I’d suggest you open a ticket with the zendesk.

Thanks, yes, that is what I’m going to do now. I have tried logging in and out of my account in case that refreshed things but nothing. The 2020 version appears to be in my account / system somewhere for it to appear disabled in MSFS 2024, which is understandable.
