Thanks, yes, that is what I’m going to do now. I have tried logging in and out of my account in case that refreshed things but nothing. The 2020 version appears to be in my account / system somewhere for it to appear disabled in MSFS 2024, which is understandable.

My Personal Comment & Observation I found that for products where you own both 2020 & 2024 versions, the 2020 version will be disabled in 2024 (because one would obviously be using the 2024 version).
