Anyway, try deleting and reinstalling the Xbox app. See if “gaming services” is up to date.
Ensure all of your email addresses match in MS, Sim and anywhere else.
Were you in the beta? In which case you could see how to leave it properly.
If in UK, ensure you have verified ID
Clear cache
Move community folder and ensure no conflicts
