I have been having a problem since I left the beta yesterday. Msfs worked fine after I loaded the su5 update after leaving the beta, but the next time I tried to load into the sim there was another update and this one is giving me ERROR code 0x80073cf6. I noticed also that the sim doesn’t show up in my apps in the settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No luck trying all of the suggestions, I have the error still. I’m looking for the microsoft store app and that isn’t showing up for some reason also. Not sure what to do?
I had the same, had to delete and re install msfs24 again. Lost all bindings…
Thank you for the help. How did you delete the whole thing? I can’t find it in my installed apps. I think this might be a problem because I use the Ultimate game pass version of msfs 2024. Not sure if I have to buy the basic to use it now. I can’t find it in my owned apps in the xbox app. I will try uninstalling if you can give me a hint on how to make sure everything is removed.
No Luck, TenPatrol, I appreciate all the help, I’ have never bought msfs 2024 I was using it with my subscription, do you think that could be a problem. I tried all your steps and have looked on the internet on how to fix this and I am stumped. I have Error Code 0x80073cf6 coming up when trying to update. I am willing to remove msfs 2024 and start fresh but it doesn’t show up in my apps. I have all my old directories and all the community folders still there. I have removed everything from them though. Only empty community folders while I try to fix this. Any ideas would be great. Thanks for the help.
If nothing else works, there’s always the nuclear option - reset Windows while keeping your files and apps.

I tried the nuclear option and it still won’t load. I’m not sure what to do with this one. I have been simming for over 40 years and a have never run into this kink of problem. I just want to uninstall all of msfs and start fresh but I can’t. This is ridiculous. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Had to uninstall all msfs 2024 files and reinstall, starting all over but at least I have it running again. Thanks for the help everyone.
