Can confirm. All of our helicopter group flights look terrible with both the H125 and R66 rotors not turning. The Skycrane has what looks like a static image of a blurred rotor, not much better.

YAY! v1.2.7.0 has brought us multiplayer rotor rotation! albeit the tail rotor is missing, but its progress!

some third party helis are not quite there yet.
