Got the new AMD Drivers and:

Make sure you reboot after the install and clear your shader cache in the Adrenalin app.

I also found multiple parameters changed post install
like my freesync turned off so check everything in Adrenalin to make sure.

I also can’t select that .exe. It’s because it’s in the WindowsApps folder. I’ll contact AMD and see what they say.

a “AAA” title?

Mine was working until I reinstall MSFS 2024 and it moved it to C:\Xboxgames rather than where ever it was before. Now it won’t recognise it and doesn’t have permissions to manually add it.

This thing is just crazy. MSFS2020 used to work just fine with AFMF. 2024 too after some driver upgrade.

Then I did a clean format and now with the same (latest) driver version, MSFS2024 is working fine but 2020 (running off C:\XboxGames) isn’t recognized anymore.

Seriously

ps: I haven’t tried the above workaround yet, I may as well do that but I’m first waiting if AMD release some newer 2025 version.

Ah OK, so it wasn’t really XboxGames but WindowsApps. Nevermind that, it wouldn’t work off the latter either.

The workaround was to install the latest drivers (25.2.1 I think) which still didn’t help, but when I did a re-install via DDU then everything is OK now in 2020. Awesome. Now I have AFMF again. Thanks all for the advice.
