When I start the sim, the loading screen runs smooth, as soon as it is done it goes to severe stutters on the splash screen. I can hit start to get to the menu, and then it crashes. Other games running fine, including 2020. PC is 5700X3D, 3080, 32gbs ram, great ethernet (700+mbps).
Drivers and PC updated, Steam edition updated. No idea what is up.
Nobody else is reporting such issue. I would recommend you uninstall and then reinstall 2024.
By chance did you rename your community folder? So you you are starting clean?
If not, I would recommend trying that prior to a reinstall.
Yeah, I cannot find anyone else experiencing this. Community is clear of anything. I don’t think it is renamed…I will un install and try again. Thank you.
Uninstall and re install did nothing.
Exactly same with me. I’m still finding the way for the solution, but nothing works.. look forward to the clue here.
So it loads in right, and as soon as the video before the main menu starts it freezes and stutters? Then I hit Start and it just freezes and crashes… you as well?
