MSFS Almost all airports disappeared from world map?

I’m having a really strange issue. One day I started MSFS and poof… All my airports have disappeared. I’m impressed by this magic trick but I would like it to be reversed. As you can see in North America, only the westside is populated by airports and for some reason there is a cut going the eastside. (This is the only region having airports, the other part of the world doesn’t have any airports). What I already have done:

Delete Mapcache
Delete rolling cache
Reinstalled WU13/14/15
Reinstalled Navdata
Turned off Devmode

Hope this post can help, but it is weird that some on the US west part remain.

All default airports missing globally

Re-installing world updates in the content manager did not fix the issue. However this made me checking the file structure in …\Official\OneStore. The following folders have been updated on 12 JUL 2024: fs-base-nav fs-base-genericairports fs-base-ai-traffic After removing those folders and forcing re-download upon starting MSFS, the default airport selection has been restored. Thanks for your input that made me investigate in the right direction!

Sadly that didn’t help either… Strange, I would have thought this is the fix

I have found a solution! I deleted all .dat files in the Microsoft Flight Simulator/SceneryIndexes folder and let MSFS regenerate them. All of my airports are back
