yes
Which aircraft are you reporting an issue about? (Please also add the proper tag for it)
99% of all aircraft
Brief description of the issue:
When autopilot is engaged in nav/fms mode the aircraft goes into a left roll till wings vertical and then into an unrecoverable dive.
Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
I used many of the aircraft that I have in the sim and all had the same behaviour. It seems the issue has arisen only after the last update.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super
Alpha yoke and Bravo throttle quadrant
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

Hello,
I think that this may be an issue with your system. I’m moving this into Aviate, Navigate, Communicate in the hopes that someone else might have seen this and have some answers. If you have a video or series of pictures showing what you are doing, that may help others to diagnose the problem.
I am starting to think it might be something to do with the throttle quadrant and AP
Seems that the solution to my issue is that I am going to have to redo all my aircraft profiles on the Bravo quadrant.
I redid one profile and it works perfectly, so now to do the rest.
Once again the ugly side of the autopilot rears it 's head.
I have , since the original issue, done a complete reinstall of the sim and still the autopilot drops the left wing and goes into a dive. Disengaging the AP returning to level flight and re engaging the AP does not solve the issue.
It does not happen on every flight and seems to be somewhat random, therefore I have come to the conclusion that it is nothing to do with the profiles on my quadrant.
The issue has only arisen after the AAU1 update. Hopefully the issue may be addressed in AAU2 update or at least looked at by the team.
This has been an aggravating problem as far back as I can remember, and it’s still a buge problem. It’s not consistent, and depends on the aircraft. For example, it doesn’t affect the rate-based S-TEC A/P in the A2A Comanche, nor the Auto Control III in the Just FLight Arrows. Other than that, most a/c are affected and it’s been driving me crazy! It makes zero sense that the A/P would work properly for a while, and then suddenly command a left roll. Sometimes, repeatedly disconnecting and re-connecting the A/P results in normal operation (although I’m in the middle of a FSW C414 flight and maybe 20x attempts failed to bring it in line). Weirdly, if you can manage to get it to follow a procedure such as an RNAV approach, it will sometimes correctly follow it (sometimes it loses it on final, but I generally hand-fly at that point anyway). Another weird thing is that it handles VNAV very well–it can lock in VS and hold ALT just fine, but that’s cold comfort when you have to hold the yoke throughout the flight to counter the rogue behavior. Yet another weird thing is that, if you have the yokes visible, they rotate full-right deflection while the plane’s trying to roll left. WTF?!
The autopilot thing is occurring in 2024. After a period the left wing drops and a death spiral occurs even disconnecting the AP the aircraft is un recoverable.
Not in all acft but, still very annoying.
Yeah, I still get that in 2020 and it’s infuriating! WTF is wrong with MS/Asobo that they still haven’t fixed this?! 2024 has so many other problems that I rarely bother. Wake me up when that’s beyond “alpha”…
