The window can be opened in flight for maxed-out immersion pure (awesome I would absolutely LOOOOVE!!! to experience this cockpit in some 3D VR headset! This would be almost beyond The Matrix!)
Just like the TBM has in this awesome TBM-enhancement-mod now the plane now has doors that can be opened:
