GLV5 is a military area in The Netherlands near Eindhoven airbase (EHEH)
It is not only used by army troops but also the airforce (RNLAF) visits the area on an almost daily bases with helicopters.
In Microsoft Flightsimulator, the area has good satellite coverage but lacks autogen vegetation on most parts of it. Because I am a regular visitor in the GLV5 as a photographer of helicopters, I was very disappointed so I decided to learn a bit about the SDK and made a scenery which comes as close as I can without making custom models.
The video recorder software (Game bar) added a lot of stutters. It’s fluid in the game. I hope you enjoy this 16 minute video.
