Yeah could also be that, although it is a bit odd. Maybe it is just a quirk of my trusty old Logitech K520 wireless multimedia keyboard.
The strange thing is that when I add Left Ctrl + Right Ctrl as a secondary key mapping the Right Alt key then works correctly in MSFS even with English-UK as my default keyboard setting, and I do not even have to actually press Left Ctrl + Right Ctrl to manually pop out panels, I can just use Right Alt. This might be a side effect of installing POPM.
