Could you check that there is no additional entries in your “hosts” file ?:

In notepad open file named hosts. Take a screenshot and paste it here.

Additionally, I can’t login into Xbox Gaming entirely. If I try to login via xbox app, it says that im not connected to the internet and thus couldn’t login

Also for me i live in Italy

Thanks for posting the screenshot, no additional entries so all good with that file.
Can you navigate on the internet with your browser without any issue ?
Do all your applications in the Microsoft Store are up to date ?

Here issue solved switched off for 30 second router and xbox console

yes and yes

Have you applied @WebbyVessel2429 recommendation ?:

No, but after literally doing nothing, no real “fix” at all, it worked again. But thanks anyway

Nvm, problem happened again, like it worked fine yesterday and now literally the same problem

Personal Comments and Observations

This honestly sounds like an ISP issue. Here’s a quick test - use a VPN on your cabled Ethernet. If it works and connects you to MSFS, your ISP is playing games with connecting you to the Azure CDN nearest to your location.

I don’t remember where I saw it, but just this morning I saw a post mentioning this very problem with the latest Xbox update. It only affects wifi connections and MS is aware of it although there’s no fix yet.

Its not ISP Issue. Now I installed a Xbox Update and removed/reinstalled Gaming Services, now it works fine ig

That’s totally weird. It doesn’t work again, like, I can play the day before on the evening totally normal and the next day the same issue happens. I already tried my method, also Xbox Update and reinstalling Gaming Services. Still, can’t start msfs or login into my xbox account via the xbox app. Also tried resetting router, doesn’t fix the issue either

And now its working again!
After a Windows update!
Microsoft really wanted to fool with me 3 days straight

I will reply to this post, if I will ever get this issue back. Feel free to also contribute, if you have the same problem
