Could you check that there is no additional entries in your “hosts” file ?:

For the first time NO internet connection. But I have internet connection

If you are using Google maps, make sure there are not any extra entries in your HOSTS file. It’s located in \windows\System32\Drivers\ETC\HOSTS

In notepad open file named hosts. Take a screenshot and paste it here.
