The loading screen stucks after clicking fly. It starts and halfway it stucks.

google map addon is not installed. I have several mods in the community folder, too many to check everyone out. I tried several airports, and as already stated sometimes the sim loads complete, and no problem and sometimes it stucks.

It does seem like an addon causing the issue. I would empty the folder, try the sim, and then see if it improves.

You can just notice the airport and airplane for which the issue happens. May be also a marketplace add-on is affected. Then, you can repeat the issued conditions with an emptied community folder.
