I just cannot get enought performance, I am RTX 4080 INtel i9 13900 HX

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
JUst open ur game

Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):

I am on the newest graphics driver, dont tell to reinstall them because I did it few times already

The GPU and CPU is just not utilised, it works fine in other games, Also in external views, the power with draw is just super low, works fine in cockpit
