MSFs will not load flights

I cannot get MSFS to load flights. Ive tried everything I can think of, Ive read posts on here, as well as seen many posts on you tube. Im at my wits end trying to get this to work again. Is there anyone out there who can help me? Ive reinstalled MSFS 2020 and have no 3rd party apps connected to it.

Can you elaborate?

Does the sim launch, and you can see the map screen?

Do you see errors in the Application event log?

One thing that I encounter periodically is that MSFS will hang trying to load a flight when the aircraft/airport is the same as the previous flight (even if the previous flight was from a different MSFS session). The workaround is to switch the aircraft to something else, load the flight, then go back to the main menu and switch the aircraft back to the desired aircraft. Not sure if this is what you are encountering, but throwing it out there in case it helps.

Hi, yes the SIM launches perfectly. When I go to word map and pick an airport it will start to load. It will go to about 80 per cent and just stop there. It just hangs there.

No errors in the event log

What happens if you try to spawn in the Asobo default 172 G1000 mid air, in the middle of nowhere? Nor an airport start I mean. Try somewhere remote, like above Antarctica.

It doesn’t seem to work either. The blue bar is all the way across, and that’s it. Same as previous attempts.

Try a discovery flight

There is also this Support checklist:

I have tried that as well. Nothing seems to work. Im all out ofm ideas

I had that same issue a while back when I had a large number of .bgl files in my Community folder. Have you tried temporarily renaming your Community folder, creating a new one in its place, and then starting the sim? Just a thought.

If you got through that checklist, and all the linked ones in it, I can suggest one more that could help.
If it does not, or if you don’t think it would help, you may want to consider filing a Zendesk request for support.
