MSFS2020 & real departures and arrivals

Can someone tell me how I can see live Departures and Arrivals at my local International Airport? See attached.

No one knows why this is happening?

I’ve tried numerous option setups and the only time I don’t get live traffic to show up, also results in an error message on the screen rather than just a blank screen.
