MSFS2020 stuck on splash screen and won't start

Hey,

Anyone know why my sim won’t start? Was working fine yesterday but now stuck on ‘Syncing Data’ on the splash screen before the application loads.

mine did that last night. I just let it sit and eventually in went through

Thank you, i was able to fix it by following these steps:

  1. Log out of Microsoft Store app
  2. Log out of Xbox app
  3. Restart computer
  4. Login to Microsoft Store & XBox app
  5. Load MSFS2020
