MSFS2024 100% crash when switching to DLSS in VR

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
My MSFS2024 crahes everytime when I witch the AA to DLSS in VR. If using steam vr, The computer will even stuck in black screen and requires using alt+f4 to exit steam vr.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Everytimes.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1.Launch VR mode with dlss on.
2.switch to another anti-aliasing.
3.switch back to dlss.

Noticed this as well. What does work for me is to select DLSS while in 2D mode, then enter VR. But changing from TAA to DLSS or vice versa whilst in VR causes a crash everytime.

Happens to me constantly. Glad I have this through gamepass. At this stage they should pay us to test this garbage instead of paying for it.

I’ve been running DLSS exclusively in VR and only an occasional ctd, which I don’t have reason to believe is caused by DLSS. I’m on a Quest3/Virtual Desktop. 4080. I’ve lowered many of my VR settings in the sim to increase FPS, especially the LOD settings.

• latency spikes from about 60 > 180 on left of vd perf.counter game 60 networking 30 , my pc barley at 25 % capacity, internet 65mb/s . going to vr big black square in front of my view . periferals vkb flight stick and pedals , thrust m. throttle . quest 3 head s. asus 4070 ,intel 12400
