Hi , that was a typo, now corrected, thanks
A330 climbs through cruising altitude and just keeps going if you make any alterations to the flight plan (specifically the SID I think) during the climb
I deleted an altitude constraint while I was in level flight as ATC was going on at me to climb. Then pushed the altitude knob to climb and once it reached cruise it kept going up
A friend did a direct to during a climb and got the same thing
Anyone else having this happen?
Haven´t tried it but what i did try was climbing above the MAX FL and it surely does.
The RECMAX FL doesnât mean the actual max altitude, it is the recommended max, but it can be exceeded in flight
Roger, thank you!
Yeah it is not a bug, just not something that was modeled. It wasnât a problem with the A320 since most routes are 1-2hr, but when they came out with the A300/310 then it was more apparent because people started doing long haul. They said it wasnât in the plans to add to the A300/310/320 but was in consideration for msfs2024âs A330 and perhaps they could patch the logic back to the other airbuses. I guess they scrapped those plans. I will have to dig around the IniBuilds forums to see if theyâve mentioned it again since 2024âs launch.
I thought the A310 pre-dated the A320neoV2 and the fuel-consumption-rate bug was inherited through the entire family. If it is actually ânot modelledâ, then itâs an awful oversight and an excellent candidate for a wishlist item. This, to my knowledge, is a problem unique to iniBuilds and their AIRBUS stable.
Who knows when the last time the Airbus A330 fleet was updated?
officially in SU1. if any updates in SU2 currently idk

Thank you.
You have a TARA resolution. Did you ear a voice teling you to descend?
I reported this as a possible bug, since I got the same on my last 3 flights and no aircraft on the radar.
You may want to contribute:
Not sure if itâs been mentioned but the A333 GE (SU2) passenger variant seems to have a wobble problem when climbing or in cruise? Not seen in the RR variant.
Seems to be trim related when using autopilot, always searching. I disabled autopilot and it was able to hold fine, reactivate and weâre back to a twitchy trim wheel.
Hi, I noticed that the wing angle appears too flat in flight, especially during cruise. Based on real-world reference images, the A330âs wings should have more upward flex/lift in the sim. In my opinion, it looks kinda off to me something.
Hereâs a screenshot Iâve marked to show what I mean:
You can see the wings are sitting almost completely flat, Itâs needs upward angle exact. In reality, the wings should have a more pronounced dihedral and dynamic flex, giving that signature A330 look in flight.
When we compare into real aircraft image:
Edit:
And toliss A330neo wingflex (This image isnât mine):
Would love to see an update that improves the dynamic wingflex to bring it closer to the real aircraft.
Thanks again for all the hard work on MSFS2024âlooking forward the improvements!
Edit:
One more thing, i notice about The horizontal stabilizers needs more angle as itâs too flat compared to the real A330 iâm not sure if itâs trim problem or Animation or 3D model? as you can see here in image:
(This image isnât mine, i just found out on Inibuild discord server)
yes absolutely with the a320 v2
BUGS â RA stuck and not disappearing, elevator trim violently jittering and shaking. All since SU3, after AP ON aircraft puts itself on FD super violent and hard.
Also when going to drone mode , A330 shoots itself up in the sky and eventually CTD
When doing a long haul flight, it have experienced a CTD.
FO PFD flickering screen.
Gear doors always glitchy, never close. Visual issue.
Is this your idea of a âBetaâ build ? The aircraft is completely broken.
All of this is in SU3. Thanks for fixing this ASAP (imagine paying 200$ for this sim)
locally installed on SU3 still not fixed.
Has the team fixed the bad wing model and aft horizontal stabilizer? Was annoyed how poor the flaps 1+F looked many months ago.
Nope, nothing happen itâs still there or maybe future update
i look forward to A220âŚ
