Thanks,
MSFS Team

When applying 50% N1 when initiating the takeoff roll, the engines respond way too fast.

Also there’s seems to be almost no wingflex for an A330…

Marked 1 for everything I couldn’t even test because Inibuilds is still allergic to optimization and the avionics won’t load (Series S). The model looks very, very good, inside and out

Edit: airplane flies great, systems work well as far as I’m able to tell. Still a guaranteed ABO and CTD if you try to land on a big airport, which I suspect has more to do with the sim itself than the plane. Edited my score accordingly

Why cant we pop out the glass cockpit windows?

A321 & A320NEO also with the same wingflex problem

It’s not iniBuilds. It’s the servers causing bad performance, and the fact that aircraft are being streamed. Don’t be rude towards iniBuilds because that isn’t going your way @DoutorFunga

I’m afraid that’s not the case. I had (and still) have 2020 and do a lot of flying on the V2 and A310. They had the exact same problem. In fact, Inibuilds actually improved optimization with AAU3, which is what’s so annoying about this. The airplanes regressed, in addition to the server issues.

I’ve actually spend the last four days flying the A310 on various routes around the middle east with Air Iran air tours and really enjoyed it…
I’m traveling so been using the laptop but its fine…
I do admit, there is a difference in feeling regarding their freeware 310 vs the payware 300-6, especially the full implication of navigraph/simbrief and the lack of landing data…
But the 310 certainly isn’t a captin sim 777…
It flies quite well, not quite as smooth as the benchmark in pmdgs 777…
But you certainly cannot complain in regards to it being effectively freeware…

hm, the NeoV2 is running better for me than it does in 2020
Edit: oh I just saw you’re on a console, whoops sorry.

In the efb takeoff page I couldn’t enter the full weight (202497kg) could only enter the K decimal 202.5. In the A320 you could do either. On climb out of LOWW, I turned on prob heat and anti-ice and the game crashed (froze ironically). Series X

After I import my simbrief flightplan on the initi page and went to the weights page it crashed. Series X

Across all iniBuilds models, I can’t move my camera very close to the cabin windows to get a decent wingview. I always get blocked far from them. Almost can’t see outside. Other addons allow the camera to get really really close to the window pane.

I hope there are more liveries coming given the inability for independent painters to do some.

I appreciate the few that are on the inibuilds website but there are so many A330 operators we’re yet to see.

AAU3 was a revelation for me. Changed the a320 into an even better plane, with much less avionics blackouts, if any. What’s most likely is that 2024 320 has the AAU3 improvements, but is being throttled by streaming speed on the server side. Like the Max, which isn’t Inibuilds and has a similar issue (except it can turn on and fly before ABO hits it)

I read on the Ini forum that this aircraft only burns fuel at 1x speed when time acceleration is used. That has to be fixed, other devs know how to do this. Ability to use time acceleration on a long haul aircraft is a must, it’s kind of useless otherwise.

Hello everyone.
Thanks to Ini and Asobo/Microsoft teams for brining A330 family to MFS.

But aircraft i’m using have bugs with the autopilot (a321 is absolutely fine and flights are okay). But A330 have problems.

The thing is that autopilot randomly turns off when I click any random key on my keyboard no matter what is set up for the key.

I have the videos recored but can’t add links to the message.
How can I share them?

I don’t know what else I can do with this.
Nothing similar happened in MFS2020, nothing similar happens with new A321 in MFS2024.
But A330 is broken.
Please help because now it’s can’t be used for the flights.
Thanks

personally I am currently experiencing some problems:

  1. the sound is not very realistic and when the engines are turned on (idle) you can hear a rustling sound as if it were pouring rain…

  2. when the autopilot is disconnected the sound remains blocked… apparently on all Airbus aircraft…

  3. the rudders vibrate as if they were moving slightly…

I hope they will solve it in the following days…

The displayed time is not correct. It shows the UTC of the system, but the local time of the simulator. You can see it both in the chrono and in the EFB.

Yes, thats really a problem, was already with the A320 v2

First of all, I’d like to say that I am truly impressed by the quality of the Airbus A330. We’ve never had a default aircraft with such a high level of detail and advanced systems. That being said, there are a few annoying bugs that I hope will be addressed as soon as possible:

  1. Incorrect fuel prediction on arrival: The estimated fuel value displayed after entering all data into the onboard computer always starts in the negative. However, it gradually adjusts as the flight progresses.
  2. Time synchronization issues: The aircraft always uses the system time instead of updating to match the simulator’s time. This affects ETA calculations for various waypoints in the flight plan. Additionally, since time is tied to the system clock, time compression causes inconsistencies—such as the flight timer and cockpit clocks not adapting to the accelerated simulation speed.
  3. Unable to remove chocks from the EFB: The option to remove the chocks via the tablet is currently not functional.

Once these bugs are resolved, we’ll have a product that is fully capable of handling long-haul flights effectively. As mentioned, I really hope these issues are fixed soon.
