Thanks,
MSFS Team

I cant get the bottomright button on the g1000 that allows you to go into the flightplan an scroll thru waypoints. Normaly you click the small outer button to go into pln but it wont click

I can’t even get into the plane after the walkaround…And you can just walk right through the wings, horizontal stab, and nose. Can open the door but no way to get into the plane…what am i missing. The nose gear pin also doesnt work.

Weird. I was able to get into it with no issue, by clicking the door handle.

There are holes in the cockpit panel when viewed outside from a distance.

And there is a ghostly sticker on the propeller animation.

The cowl flaps don’t move when you move the control levers.

As mentioned before by another poster, you can just walk through parts of the plane.

This is probably one of the worst of the Asobo planes. The model never really looked right.

Enabling Flaps while on the ground causes a professional score drop for “max flap speed exceeded.”

This issue is becoming prevalent among various aircraft, suggesting they may not be configured for career missions, or a bug is impacting only certain models. It’s quite disappointing. Consequently, I steer clear of using the Bonanza for career purposes. Fortunately, I consulted this poll before spending my hard-earned credits on the Baron.

Flies great, but in the exterior view the plane looks like it was flown through a hailstorm.

I thought so too, the effect is nice but overdone.

How are you people setting your elevator trim for take off when you can’t find neutral?

I found the C172 has a specific key binding for Elevator Trim Positon Neutral in FS 2024 but I can’t find it in FS 2020. And if you use a Streamdeck there is a button to do it in the Standard Avionics Suite. Let me know if you want more info on this. I would find it hard to fly without that script and I have it on a button on my joystick. So you can press a button on the Streamdeck or the joystick to activate the script.
This is the command: 0 (>K:ELEVATOR_TRIM_SET)
On the Streamdeck it looks like this:

Unable to assign controls to the fuel transfer knobs.

Great improvement from 2020 but:

Lights don’t work (or are extremely faint),
Some switches don’t have sound,
Doors don’t have sound,
You can walk though the wings

I flew to the “white arc” on the G1000 speeds but was getting stall horn. Obviously alarming base to final… so I went and read up on the actual V0 speed - and it’s definitely 75kts.

So not only does the Baron give you a flight penalty for EVERY TIME you use flaps, the V speeds on the G1000 are wrong. Also, can’t see the CHT temps or engine management screen.

Took off like the Space Shuttle mind. HAH

In Career mode the G100 Fuel Display does not change, shows constantly 100% fuel, where as the exterior HUD shows a different percentage, have not tried out in Free Flight mode to confirm if this issue persists in that setting.

I agree. The Baron in msfs2020 is much nicer. This one looks like a pencil sketch. Look at the model at night. Awful.

Terrible model of the Baron. Looks like something from FSX. Very disappointed.

Not fixed in the latest update.

Dear Dev Team of Asobo
Personaly I think the G58 Baron is on good shape but with some improvment points, that I hope will be fixed.

  • As other said in this channel: All exterior Lights are not visible.
ICE , Strobe, Beacon, NAV, Taxi, Landing Lights are like inexistent on external view. Brightness 0 or to low.
As I spend over 2 Year to build this cockpit - im looking forward that the dev team has as well a focus on this Aircraft model. The G1000 has lost several functions Engine Temp / and deep system details. But I guess this will be fixed soon.
looking forward and like to thank you DEV Team, Asobo an others for such a nice Simulator … (Sure my topics are not on top Prio list… but I hope it can be fixed later on…)
