O.K., I figured it out. The cameras.cfg for the Asobo B787-10 is here (in my case, Store installation): C:\Users\my_username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplanes\Asobo_b787\presets\Asobo\b787_10\config\cameras.cfg If one saves a custom camera view in a position and then modifies the InitialXyz for this view in the cameras.cfg, such that the view ends up (after restart) outside of the cockpit, the restriction to the movement only in the cockpi…

Wish you could move towards the cabin in the 787 with SHIFT+WASD just as with the Asobo 737 MAX lets you now.

Also, wishing the new Korean Air livery should be amongst the available liveries but ah, nah Asobo hasn’t bothered adding one in yet-thank goodness for community made liveries!

Some you can and some you can’t, depends if the aircraft has been released yet into the MP for purchase - I think eventually they will mostly become available.

FYI, I reinstalled 2020 and bought the 787-10 individually in the marketplace there… then when I went back into 2024 I had both versions… 2024 and 2020 in my library!

Anyone else having a stutter every 4 seconds if they import a simbrief flightplan to the BA787-9? Xbox Series X.

Mathijs explained that products that were not fully SDK 2024 compliant would get stutters or cause problems on your equipment. Try disabling it and see if the problems go.

Wish a future Sim Update would give the 787-10 a SU5 737 MAX style clickable cockpit door, other than that still enjoying the 787-10 nonetheless.

Good plane…. Until it takes off. The awful sounds once it’s airborne really take away any enjoyment for me.

Strange as the avionics, startup, taxi sounds are pretty good.

Not having any issues like that here with buttons bound to increase/decrease elevator trim on my yoke. Try disabling/re-enabling the aircraft, maybe?

Are you referring to being on the ground or in the air?

On the ground, the trim is direct. Your trim changes go directly to the stabilizer surface. In the air, however, the trim surface itself is controlled by the fly-by-wire system. The trim control changes what is known as the “trim speed”; this is the speed at which the plane will hold your attitude. The fly-by-wire adjusts the elevator (and feeds back into the trim surface) to create this pitch moment. But the pilot does not directly control the trim surface.

Hey Guys, have been looking at the 787-10 closely since the SU5 release and the VNAV bug is fixed. Does transition smoothly from VNAV to ILS/GS. But I have noticed some instability of auto throttle on the ILS. Basically have to run at higher speed and take a float on landing. Here are my observations. You have to be careful of this or you may end up in the weeds on landing.

I am still watching this like a hawk and I seem to be able to do a stabilized approach with the default settings in the B-787-10 at 155 knots and 50 degrees flaps. It actually seems to fly at around 150 knots indicated and the GS magenta diamond occasionally, in the last 500’, wants to go above GS but comes back down. These changes are measured in millimeters. I do not think this is worth a BUG report as it now just seems to be a changed quirk on the aircraft. None of the planes are perfect …

I took the 787 for a flight from Gdansk to Arlanda and the airplane indeed came in too fast, but I didn’t deploy flaps properly, that doesn’t help

Currently the 787-10 has hit the market on PlayStation with the new update and I bit the bullet to buy it unfortunately this aircraft seems to have hit the store without anyone even testing it what can I say, it doesn’t fly ,instant crash even on low settings ,now the games won’t load up after a error/crash every time I fly it ,seems to be a very worrying thing that your selling unusable things on the market place without anyone even testing it ,this needs a hotfix or removing of the market for console before more people buy something that is a complete scam at this point this aircraft’s has been in the game how long and still is broken like this. How is it some aircraft’s run fine and some will destroys the game I’m not still waiting for the game to load up 1 hour later and it’s been stuck on 2% I’m surprised MFS24 hasn’t been pulled of the PlayStation store ,completely wrong on so many level.
