If you use SHIFT+C to enter the plane after spawning at an airport the windscreen cover is still on the plane.
You canāt remove the engine covers from the left side of the plane. If you click on it the baggage door opens and closes instead.
You canāt remove the tiedown from the left side of the plane, there doesnāt appear to be any click spot for it. You have to move to the right (co-pilot) side of the plane to do it.
You canāt open the door to the cabin from outside until you walk right up to the door and press your nose against it.
In landing challenges, my engines are stuck at full power, even when i can see my throttle input responding on the lever in the virtual cockpit. In free flight it works as expected.
The PFD altimeter seems to be reporting AGL and not MSL, almost like its acting like a radio alt, my test was spawning in at KTEX, runway elevation is around 9000 feet, the plane showed it at 0 feet. Stby altimeter works as expected So far the only plane to have this behavior for me
Autopilot pitch response needs to be toned down. At present, commanded pitch changes (altitude captures, speed changes in FLCH, VS changes in climb/descent) are too abrupt and would result in extreme discomfort for passengers and crew.
This is expected. From the Working Title Discord when I asked about this:
Thereās now a standardized route sync API in the sim so any particular provider (EFB, SimBrief, Navigraph, other EFB apps, etc) can implement it and developers donāt need to make customized code in their aircraft for each thing they want to support
Xbox series X. Iāve got flickering textures on the outside of the plane. Performance is pretty bad with quite a bit of stuttering while panning around the cockpit and in exterior view
LNAV bar on the flight director doesnāt move
Another thing Iāve noticed is that if I load in with this aircraft and then exit the sim, I get stuck on 97% when trying to start the sim again unless I delete the reserved space (rolling cache) which fixes the problem and lets me back in
Iāve had the same problem with my engines being stuck at 100% in landing challenges. I found a workaround for it by restarting the challenge and pressing the yellow start button as soon as it appears. This works every time for me.
It seems that there is something messing with the engines if you wait for a certain amount of time when starting the challenge.
I tried 10 different ways to get ground power using Spadnext events and variables and that doesnāt work. Also tried leaving the external power access door open and calling the gpu truck which I thought woulda been a cool āfeatureā, but nahhh.
Was my favorite too, so I guess Iām glad I havenāt touched it yet in 2024. The only reason for that is because third party liveries are not working, so I canāt use the custom one I have, and remains to be seen if itāll ever make it to 2024. Iāll stick to the career missions and exploring other new aircraft for now.
