[MSFS2024] crash and then unable to load into an airport, streaming server issue?

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Since this morning I am no longer able to load into an airport.
While my interet connection is stable, it seems no data are bein loaded in MSFS, debug infor shows 0 download all the time and basically nothing is working anymore. Was waiting for more then 15 min.

Things stuck in this position and no progress..

I am on a fresh install (kind of 5 days old or so)
Before this to get stuck, I had 2 crashed when trying to load into Damascus intl

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Since about 2 hrs unable to load into the airport

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Open MSFS
Free Flight
Try to load into random airport

[PC Only] Are you using Developer Mode or have you made any changes to it?
I have tried with dev mode and without.

[PC Only] What GPU (Graphics Card) do you use?
2080super

When trying this again, I am getting crashes again:

I think I found the root cause here. Seems that indeed some liveries are causing the issue!! Really?! A livery causing a CTD?

Found the roou cause, it was some 3rd party liveries, potentially using texture compression not working in MSFS2024
