MSFS2024 CTD Post SU3

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Career Mode Flight. Crash in Flight from KLZD-KTEB Around 5-10 in flight at time of crash

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Tried twice. Happened both times

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Load Career Flight from KLZD-KTEB (With SF50 Visionjet Aircraft)

2. Begin flight normally and takeoff and fly for approx 5-10 minutes

It seems my issue is kinda the same, a couple of days after SU3 i’m getting constant CTDs 3-4 minutes after taking off in carreer mode. Not sure if it is the plane or the airport i’m starting from, i’ll look into that when i start it again.

Maybe also noteworthy, before the crashes start to happen, i had fps drop issues even before i was able to enter the plane. Some1 suggested to not open the EFB/map. That seemed to have helped, but now it CTDs instead

I dug a little more into this CTD on my side, it only seem to happen at this specific VIP mission #VIP78 KTCS → MMMM
Other mission from that starting airport were not affected.

It also does not matter what plane, i tried it with the PC-12 and that also crashed around 10NM from starting during ascent.
Also had all my installed packages removed and only used vanilla default packages/streaming.

Ive had this same issue with the same Fault Bucket ID 4 times now. Its getting frustrating. Can someone from the team contact me so I can provide further information to help diagnose this issue further. I have updated both my BIOS and NVIDIA drivers.

Similar for me - Previous vesrions since the lauch of MSFS2024 have been completely robust - not a single crash. Since SU3, I haven’t completed a single flight. CTD anywhere from 10 mins to 1.5 hours. Just starting to work through add-ons, but nothing so far.

The process of elimination is more time-consuming than I have spare time. Especially when I’m using the exact config & add-ons with SU2.

Another bugged airport found BGMQ.
Results in CTD (only tested in career mode) when departing from there, usually 5-7minutes into the flight. Might coincidence when IFR is acknowledged back to ATC. Tested with the PC-24 and the Cessna 408 SkyCourier.
