Fuel flow is a bit tricky but I had good success setting my speed to 110 mph indicated ~ 109kn ground speed 4000-6000ft. 21-24" Hg and 1700 rpm. That results in a fuel burn of 16-18 gph.
Edit: Did a 300nm flight in 4000ft and got a average fuel burn of 24,6gal/h.
