I ordered it the day it was available for purchase in the US (september 18th) and I still don’t even have a tracking number! It’s freaking ridiculous, I saw someone else who emailed aerosoft about this about a week ago and they said “of course we are shipping the order before the 19th” or something similar… I emailed them 5 days ago and got no response whatsoever.
I am glad that they “fixed” the EU shipping issues but why are we in the US getting shafted. I pre-ordered this so that I could play on release day today… what a joke.

It may seem dumb, but this is what was in clear print on the order page from day one.
If you wanted guaranteed launch day access, the collectors edition was not the way to go.
I knew that back in September. Everyone I talked to back then knew that and understood that.
Plus, it’s Aerosoft. Noone who’s ever done business with them would have high hopes here.
I bit the bullet and got the premium deluxe on steam - I like keeping my library together and dont really care about the aviator planes, may give the code to a good friend when it finally arrives from aerosoft
thats only for the EU, all the people in the US get shafted,
and for 53 dollars in shipping it should have been overnight shipping,
I bought Car parts that i overnighted, and only paid 40 dollars, and those came in a far larger box than fs24 will.
Hell, when I buy guitars, i ussually get FREE shipping if its not overnighted, and even at that, the website updates me on the status of my order
the game token is not enough. especially considering we almost bought the game in shipping cost, just for them to ship it economy ground,
to be clear its obviously Aerosofts fault, but whoever at MS decided working with them for the exclusive product that only diehards would even consider, that person should be fired,

I’m in the US as well, I don’t know why there are 6 different things on mine as well, but sure exposes how much of a scummy garbage company Aerosoft is.

No it wasn’t, I could have been more understanding if one they actually shipped it overnight instead of economy ground (especially since we paid so much in shipping costs) and it was shipped out at least the night before, but as of now EVEN AS a US customer, nothing has been updated,

From day one the webpage said delivery starting on the 19th right above the cart button.
There was never a guarantee of day one access…
Why does delivery of the physical items have to be tied to game access? It’s not like we’re getting discs. All they had to do is email us our codes.
Are you saying that people who pre-order a game shouldn’t expect to access it on launch day? What’s the point of a pre-order, if not that?

Yeah, seeing the s**tstorm that’s going on (surprise surprise for full streaming game, can’t even start loading, stuck in “Login queue”…), they shouldn’t have even bothered giving us Game Pass codes. It will take month before they solve this F-up… and by that time the LCE might arrive, even to the US customers…
I’m saying that people who read what the website said from the moment this preorder was available wouldn’t be so shocked now.
I didn’t say it was a good move, but I, and everyone else, had a decision to make.
If you didn’t pay attention and didn’t realize what you were buying, that’s a different problem than the fact that it was a poorly thought out plan on MS/Aerosoft’s part.
I’m not saying it wasn’t poorly thought out. I’m saying that the details were public before any money exchanged hands, and that those details have not been violated because it hasn’t arrived yet.
It’s a poor plan to put the game code in a physical box and then not ship that early. But that was what was promised.
Now I would say you that it is safe to stay on msfs 2020 
do not complain anymore msfs 2024 launch is a disaster… you have lost nothing ! It will takes time all the issue just for loading a test flight.. I have a game pass, tried msfs 2024 and may be I should try another game from that game pass or only stay with msfs 2020

I ordered on September 19th and no deliveries show up for me also at Aerosoft it still says order waiting to be processed. When did you order?
Next day, September 20th.
I have 6 “deliveries” show up, the issue being they are “Label Created” currently.
But who knows how up to date FedEx’s system is here. But, I’m going to imagine it’s relatively accurate, and nothing has left the building yet, if it’s even in the building.
I wouldn’t doubt it if what Aerosoft meant when they said they would ship by November 19th was “We’ll tell FedEx to pick the packages up to bring them to their facility sometime after November 19th”… 
“But it’s not delayed!”… Yeah, right

I have a question related to this topic:
If I’m already subscribed to Game Pass, will I get one month free if I redeem the code? If not, can I give the code to a friend instead or is it locked to my account somehow?
I sent a request ticket to Aerosoft asking about the expected shipping, the order not processed message, and if they are going to refund parts of the shipping. I will update here if they reply.
I am subscribed, and I got a free month when redeemed
