Yes. Too much bank or pitch and the doctor complains. At the end you can easily get 0% for one of the categories. Until they make the initial examination (when you reach cruise) you have to be very careful, later on you can do acrobatics and doctor doesn’t complain. So now I fly HDG with BNK enabled and set V/S for shallow climbs, after examination I switch AT on, NAV on and land…
Someone mentioned the Bravo Throttle Quandrant and this airplane. It’s unreal, I can’t get this aircraft’s engines to start after multiple tries and messing with the bindings of the mixture.
EDIT
After both engines stuck at 24%, I hit “Alt-N” to skp to Taxi. It sequenced correctly and both engines were up and running. However, after calling for an IFR Clearance, the mission got stuck and did not provide an option to taxi. It only provided an option to Cancel IFR. smh this game.
Thank the gods I can just turn it off and play Indiana Jones and The Great Circle. A game they spent time on and got good reviews. Imagine that.
there are two steps i had to take with my throttle bindings before the PC-24 engines would ignite.
the first was to remove the MIXTURE axis bound to one of the throttles, which prevented the right engine from starting because fuel was switched off when the throttle was at 0%.
the second was to delete everything bound to the engine switches on my TCA quadrant, which were also prevented fuel from entering the engine.
Just too much to figure out. I did take the PC-24 for a spin for my Cargo company - and the poor wing views plus the fact the PC-24 is kind of a dog. Doesn’t have any legs. I’ll stick with the PC-12. Thanks for your help!
I had posted elsewhere, but it seems the PROP mixture levels are tied into the fuel system of the PC-24 Jet engines, so if you have the PROP levers down on the Bravo Throttle, they won’t start. This may be what you’re running into?
Does anyone have an issue with the lower MFD and the copilot PFD screen being completely blank?
did you turn on the backup avionics switch on the overhead panel? wait, i’m thinking of the PC-12
Interactive CheckList on MFD is working fine since couple day, PC 24 get a Package Update ?
this is why the thread Lack of Communication from Microsoft and Asobo - #1319 by TundraKeks22440 exists. it’s ridiculous that we should have to randomly discover something has been fixed from a forum or stumbling across the fact ourselves, instead of being provided with a clear, consise, professional and up-to-date changelog of bug fixes as they are made.
Moreover the mfd swap button is kinda working now? When you press mfd swap on lower mfd the PAGE button for lower mfd opens the menu on lower mfd… or was it always the case?
no, it was the wrong way round last time i checked.
Yeah, but now if you press MFD swap softkey, the settings actually change - so selecting upper mfd and pressing page toggles menu on the upper mfd. By default that will toggle lower mfd menu.
Mind you, MFDs won’t swap though
“Compare Fuel Quantity”
How do I clear this message from the MFD? Is there a way to set up the FMS such that I won’t get this message?
edit After looking at this message for two days, I just noticed the “Msg Clear” button on the MFD 2 minutes after posting this haha.
Speedbrake doesnt work at all…
Not easy to see with DLSS
No real fixes in SU1 Beta
Speeds still wrong (FMS, PFD bugs)
AT still chasing it’s tail
CPCS/envir. System not doing anything according to MFD.
(But at least does not kill you as the one in PC-12 still does)
Upper/Lower MFD buttons swapped in touch screen controller
Only improvement i noticed are working checklists on PFD.
Not sure when that happened.
Is steering still not working if you skip cruise?
Checklist in MFD is already available on live version since 2 week
Quite frustrating, when flying cargo missions with the PC-24, the runways assigned for these flights are often too short and not well-suited for this aircraft .
No. This is wrong thinking. You know the runway before you select the plane you want to fly. This is a wrong plane for the runway, not the other way around
