ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Black screen when starting the game. Won´t load any further

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you? Started a few hours ago.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Tried restarting graphics card, computer etc. Doeesn´t help.

Without knowing more about how and when this issue occurrs, and more info on your system specs, the best I can suggest is to search the self help articles in the Sim Support tab at the top of the forum page.

I´ve tried to search about this problem but non of the solutions seems to work. It´s just a black screen after login screen. This happened after the update to the latest version.
