Looks like something got bugged - there shouldn’t be a community folder inside another community folder. Could you open the usercfg.opt file in Windows Notepad, scroll down to the last three lines so they’re visible, take a screenshot of the window, and attach it in your reply?
Thanks for the replies. To answer the question, I’ve un-installed it again. I’m going to try re-installing on F to see what happens. I’m aware of the lines in usercfg.opt I’ve edited the bottom 2 to both read F:\”Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Community” or some such thing (going from memory gets dangerous when your 73 years old sadly).
The correct line should be F:\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
not
F:\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Community
It should be the parent folder, not the Community folder itself.
If you changed the line to F:\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Community
MSFS created a second Community folder inside the first one.
So in this case, the correct line is
F:\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
TeaPatrol that’s really helpful and would explain why it installed a community folder in the community folder. I’m about to re-install with my fingers crossed.
